All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/bedford/ ____________________________________________________________ BEDFORD COUNTY COURT Index: 13 pages 523 & 524 Stone, Solomon to Stone, Reuben Know all men by these presents that I, Solomon Stone, of Rice County, in the State of Kansas, son and legatee of John Stone, late of in the State of Kansas, son and legatee of John Stone, late of Colerain Township in the County of Bedford and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid by Reuben Stone of Colerain Township, Bedford County, Penna., the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have recused, released and forever quit claimed unto the said Reuben Stone and to his heirs and assigns, all shares and bequests or demands which I am or may be entitled to under the Last Will and Testament of my said father, and all the estate, nghts, title, interest, use, claim and demands which I may have where, after at the death of my mother, may have of, in, to or out of the said Estate of my deceased father, John Stone, so that neither I, the said Solomon Stone, my heirs or assigns or any of them, or any other person for me, or them in my or their name or names, or in the right or stead of any of them shall or will, can or may by any ways or means whatsoever have claim, challenge and demand my right or interest, property, claim or demand, of, in, to or out of the said Estate, Real or Personal, or any part, share, bequest or demand thereof, or any part thereof, but that I, the said Solomon Stone, my heirs and assigns and every of them, from all estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand of, in, to, or out of said estate or every part thereof are to and shall be by these presents forever re-used unto the said Reuben Stone. County of Rice, personally appeared the above named Solomon Stone and acknowledged the foregoing release, being his act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such, according to law. In witness wherefore I have here unto set my hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.
