We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ______________________________________________ LAST LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DANIEL WHETSTONE OF WOODBERRY TOWNSHIP BEDFORD COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA I Daniel Whetstone considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory (Blessed by the almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say); First, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife mary whetstone all my house hold and Kitchen furniture one bay mare two cows six sheep of her own choice six hoggs of her own choice six Bushels of wheat six Bushels Rye Ten Bushels of corn Ten Bushels Buckwheat Ten Bushels of oats Ten Bushels of Potatoes fifteen pound sctitch flan the one third of all the hay and second crop to be paid to her yearly During her natural life or as long as she remains widow also the one third of the fruit and the one third of the gardain yearly also priviledge to live in the mansion house and stable room for cattle GC and fire wood cut and hawld to the house and ready cut ready for the fire place and stove by all of which is to be paid by whom occupies my farm and if any over plus the same is to be divided amongst my three children. after my wife desease, I order my Executors herein after mentioned to sell my personal estate and to pay my just debts and my Funeral Expenses and after my wifes desease I also order my Executors to sell my Real Estate and after the Expenses is paid, I bequeath rest to my three children namely Susan Catherine and mary to have an equal Shear and lastly as to all the rest I appoint my trusty friends HENRY FLUCK and SAMUEL BURGER my Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
