The following three pages of records were transcribed from loose
photostats that appear to have been taken of a frontispiece and two
pages from the same bible.  It appears to have been the bible of  Daniel
and Christina (Grünwalt) Seifrit.    The last known location of the
original was with a descendant in Adamstown, PA.

Susanna Seifrit wart gebohren den 3tn November im Jahr 1760 und starb
den 14tn October im iahr 1826 ihr ganses alter Wahr 65 Jahr 11 monath
und 11 dage

Translation:

Jacob Seifrit was born the 20th of December in the year 1754 and died
the 26th of September in the year 1826 his entire age was 71 years 9
months and 6 days

Susanna Seifrit was born the 3rd of November in the year 1760 and died
the 14th of October in the year 1826 her entire age was 65 years 11
months and 11 days

Daniel Seifrit was Born in the year 1791 the 13 Day of March and Died
the 1 of May in the year 1846 aged 55 years 1 month and 28 days

Christina Seifrit was Born in the year 1786 the 8 February and died the
8 of August 1873 aged 87 years 6 months

in the year 1873 May the 31 my son Daniel died he was born the 22 of
November 1850 aged 22 years 9 months 9 days

in the year 1870 July 18 my son James died he was born the 14 of July
1870 aged 4 days

in year 1891 August the 18 my wife Mary died She was Born the 7 of April
1827 Aged 64 years 4 month 11 days

In the year 1811 the 21st of Septmeber my dear daughter Elisabeth was
born in the sign of Scorpio

In the year 1812 the 14th of December my dear daughter Susanna was born
in the sign of Taurus

In the year 1815 the 16th of August my dear son Peter was born in the
sign of Capricorn  baptized the 19th of November 1815  he died the 30th
of August in the year 1823

In the year 1818 the 30th of March my dear son Samuel was born in the
sign of Capricorn  baptized the 4th of October 1818

In the year 1820 the 11th of July my dear son Daniel was born in the
sign of Leo  baptized the 25th of March 1820
