[left column] 1825 The accountant charges himself with all and singular the goods and chattles rights and credits which were of the said decÕd. Agreeable to an Inventory thereof filed in the Register at Reading Dolls. Cts. Amounting to 83.83 1/2 To a legacy recÕd from the Estate of Elizabeth Hugh amounting to 13.33 _________ $97.16 1/2 March the 5th AD 1828 Errors Excepted by Abraham Dehaven [right column] 1825 The said accountant craves[?] allowance for the following disbursements to wit as made out of the Estate aforesaid By Cash paid Register for letters of Admin 3.30 By Cash paid Peter Umstid for flour 2.00 By do paid Peter Burk for Crying Vendue[?] 3.00 Nicholas Fisher - Coffin 9.00 Henry M. Whereas, Abraham Dehaven administrator of the Estate of Edward Dehaven late of Union Township in Berks county, Yeoman deceased, hath this day filed his account of administration of said estate, in the office of Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for the said county of Berks.......These are therefore to give Notice, to all Legatees, Creditors and other parties concerned, that the said account will be presented to an ORPHANSÕ COURT, to be held at Reading, in and for the county of Berks aforesaid, on Friday the 11th day of April next, for confirmation and allowance, agreeably to law. READING, March 5th, 1828 [embellished sig. which I cannot make out] Register. [Same notice appears here again in German.] BERKS COUNTY, ss. Came before me Abraham Dehaven being duly qualified deposes and says that he set up three of the foregoing Notices in the neighbourhood of Said Decd. at least thirty days previous to the next Orphans Court, to be held in and for the county of Berks aforesaid.
