Garrick Mallery Esq. President and Matthias S. Richards, Esq. Associate Judge The within account, being presented was confirmed nisi by the court Jac. Sallade ??K (initials) Account sur Estate of William Dehaven, decd. March 5 Aug. 15th 1832 Judges present Mallery & Richards The court appoints George M. Keim John Addams & Jacob Sallade auditors to make distribution of the balance in the hands of accountants among the creditors of Wm. Dehaven deceased. [Note: on the actual distribution, dated Nov. 16th 1832, the three who sign are Jacob Sallade, George M. Keim, and Samuel Jackson.] To George Smith Esq Register & Recorder of Berks County - Sir I hereby decline renounce taking out Letters of Administration & becoming Administrator to the estate of my late brother William Dehaven decd. October 26, 1830 Abraham Dehaven To George Smith Esqr. Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Berks, Greeting Whereas my Husband William Dehaven, lately died intestate, leaving personal property - whereby the right of Administration of the said Estate would devolve upon me - Now know ye, that for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving I have renounced and hereby do renounce and forever quit claim to the said Administration Witness my hand and seal this 28th day of October AD 1830.
