Henry Bollender (Polander) Orphans Court record To the Honorable the Justices of the Orphans Court of the County of Berks The Petition of George Heilman of the Township of Greenwich in the said County Yeoman and Christina his Wife late Christina Bollender one of the Children of Henry Bollender late of the same Place Yeoman deceased. Humbly showeth, That the said Henry Bolender died about nine Years since Intestate, leaving a Widow, to wit, Catharine and Issue nine Children, to wit, John, Henry, Anna Margaret, since intermarried with Zacharias Haller, Anna Maria the Wife of George Michael Wenn, Catharine the Wife of Jacob Lilly, Magdalena since Intermarried with Jacob Sander, Christina since Intermarried with your Petitioner, Elizabeth and Susanna, three of whom, to wit, the said Henry, Elizabeth, and Susanna are yet in their Minority. That the said Intestate died seised in his Demesne as of Fee of and in a Certain Messuage or Tenement and Tract of Warrant Land Situate near the blue Mountain in Greenwich Township aforesaid adjoining Lands of Henry Keller, George Adam Zettlemeyer and other Containing One hundred and eighty Acres or thereabouts be the same more or less with the Appurtenances, And that the respective Rights and Interest of the Said John Bolender, Jacob Lilly and Catharine his Wife and Jacob Sander and Magdalena his Wife are now become vested in your Petitioner, the said George Heilman. Your petitioner therefore humbly prays your Honors to award an Inquest to make Petition of the said Messuage or Tenement and Tract of Land with the Appurtenances to and among the Children and Representatives of the said Intestate in such Manner and in such proportion as by the Laws of this Common Wealth is directed, if such Partition can be made without prejudice to or spoiling the Whole. But if such Partition cannot be thereof made as __ then to value and appraise the same and make Report of their Proceedings herein according to Law.
