To the honorable Robert Porter, Esq. president and his associates, judges of the court of common pleas of the county of Berks, now composing an Orphans Court in and for the said county. The Petition of William Real, a son of Godfrey Real of the township of Tulpehocken and said county, Respectfully sheweth, That your petitioner is a minor above the age of fourteen years and hath no guardian appointed to take care of his person and estate - your petitioner therefore humbly prays your honors to admit him to make choice of a guardian for the purposes aforesaid.
