Rhoads Opera House], Boyertown, Berks County, PA Jan. 13, 1908 as noted in the "Biographical Annals and History of Berks County, PA" by Morton Montgomery, pub. by Beers, 1909 (*)indicates the unidentified dead, who attended the opera and were found missing after the fire. The unidentifed were interred in a mosuleum at the Fairview Cemetery in Boyertown.
