Keyes Jun 6, 2005 Schuylkill Co., PA, DB 22, p. 27: This Indenture Made the twenty ninth day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Seven Between Henry Haller of Pickaway Township in the County of Ross and State of Ohio Yeoman and Magdalina his wife of the one part and John Richards Peter Richards John Bastrip Frederick Gssanhasner Frederick Beitenman and John Stoneaker of Montgomery County and State of Pennsylvania Iron masters of the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry Haller for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen hundred Dollars lawful money of North America unto them in hand well and truly paid by the said John Richards Peter Richards Peter Bastrip Frederick Gussenhaimer Frederick Beitenman and John Stonecker at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof the said Henry Haller doth hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold released and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell release and confirm unto the said John Richards Peter Richards Peter Bastrip Frederick Gussenhaimer Frederick Beitenman and John Stonecker and to their heirs and assigns all that certain tract or parcel of land called Bank Stock Situate (formerly in Brunswick now) in Schuylkill Township in the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania aforesaid (in their actual possession and occupation now being) bounded and described as follows to wit Beginning at a stone in a line of land late or now of John Thompson North Eighty degrees East Two hundredand forty two perches to a post thence by land late or now of Lightfoot North seventeen degrees West two hun =dred and Eighty six perches to a Stone thence by land late or now vacant South eighty degrees West Two hundred and forty two perches to a Stone thence by land late or now of George Glentworth South Seventeen degrees East two hundred and eighty six perches to the place of Beginning Containing Four hundred and four acres and one hundred and eleven perches and the usual allow =ance of six pCent for Roads ?ea (Being the same tract of Land which was gran =ted unto a Certain William Kinnear by Patent from the Commonwealth of Penn =sylvania bearing date the twenty eighth day of October AD One thousand seven hundred and Ninety the said William Kinnear (since deceased) who did in his lifetime together with James Kinnear by an Instrument of writing under their hands & seals bearing date the [blank] day of [blank] AD 17[blank] grant assign and set over all their Estate real and personal unto Joseph D Drinker Thomas Rogers Frederick Montmollen and James Handerson in Trust for the benefit of the Creditors of the said William Kinnear and James Kinnear and the said James Handerson since deceased and the whole trust vested in them the said Joseph D Drinker Thomas Rogers and Frederick Montmollen who by Indenture under their hands and Seals bearing date the twelfth day of June AD one thousand eight hundred & four for the consideration therein mentioned did grant and confirm the same unto William Kinnear (of Venango County Pennsylvania) in Fee who with Mary his wife by Deed dated the Sixth day of July in the same year for the cons ideration therein mentioned did grant and confirm the same unto Henry Haller party hereto in Fee Simple as in and by the said Patent and the several Indentures relation being thereunto had doth more fully and at large app =ear. Together with all and Singular the buildings improvements ways woods waters water Courses rights liberties privileges Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof To have and to hold the said above described Tract or piece of Land hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the apppurtenances unto the said John Richards Peter Richards Peter Bastrip Frederick Gussenhaimer Frederick Beitenman and John Stoneaker their several and respective heirs and assigns forever And the said Henry Haller for himself his heirs Execu =tors and administrators doth warrant promise grant and agree to and with the said John Richards Peter Richards Peter BAstrip Frederick Gussenhaimer Frederick Beitman and John Stoneaker their several and respective heirs Execu =tors administrators and assigns by these presents That he the said Henry Haller and his the said above mentioned and described Messuage and Tenam =ent and Tract of Land hereditaments and premises hereby granted or ment =ioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said John Richards Peter Richards Peter Bastrip Frederick Gussenhaimer Frederick Beitenman and John Stonecker their heirs and assigns only against him the said Henry Haller and his heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under him them or any of them shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto Inter =changeably set their hands & seals Dated the day and year first above written Sealed & Delivered in the presence of us } witness to the Henry Haller (seal) Ynowey ohsingav? { signature of [written vertically ] Joseph Webb } Henry Haller [here is $1500 ] Jacob Huntzinger Magdalena Juller (seal) G.
