Keyes Jun 6, 2005 Schuylkill Co., PA DB 22, p. 25: This Indenture Made the Sixth day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and four Between William Kinnear of Allegany Township in the County of Vanango and commonwealth of Pennsylvania Yeoman & Mary his Wife of the one part and Henry Haller of Brunswick Township in the County of Berks & State aforesaid storekeeper of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William Kinnear and mary his wife for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred pounds Lawful money of Pennsylvania to them in hand well and truly paid by the said Henry Haller at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof the said William Kinnear & Mary his Wife do hereby acknowledge have and by these presents do grant, bargain sell alien enfeoff Release and Confirm unto the said Haller and to his heirs and assigns All that certain Tract or parcel of land Called Bank Stocks, Situate formerly in Brunswick Township now in Schuylkill Township in the County of Berks aforesaid Bounded & described as follows Beginning at a stone in a line of land late or now John Thomson, North Eighty degrees East two hundred and forty two perches to a post thence by land late or now one Lightfoot North Seventeen degrees West two hundred & Eighty six perches to a stone thence by land late or now Vacant South Eighty degrees West two hundred & forty two perches to a stone thence by land late or now George Glen?orth South Seventeen degrees East two hundred and Eighty six perches to the place of Beginning Containing Four hundred & four acres one hundred & Eleven perches & the usual allowance of six pcent (it being the same tract of land which was granted unto a certain William Kinnear by Patent bearing date the Eighth day of October AD 1790 and the said William Kinnear is since deceased who did in his life time together with James Kinnear by an instrument Instrument in writing under their hands and Seals bearing date the [blank] day of [blank] AD 17[blank] did grant assign and set over all their Estate Real & personal unto a Certain Joseph D Drinker Thomas Rogers Fred =erick Mountmellin and a Certain James Handerson in trust for the benefit of the creditors of the said William Kinnear & Jas Kinnear and the said James Handerson is since deceased and now the whole trust is vested in them the said Joseph D Drinker Thomas Rogers & Frederick Montmollin who by Indenture under under their hands & seals bearing date the twelfth day of June AD 1804 did grant and confirm the same unto the first above mentioned William Kinnear & to his heirs & assigns forever) Together with all and sing =ular the Improvements whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise apper tain To have and to hold the said Tract of land with the appertenances unto the said Henry Haller his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit & behoof of him the said Henry Haller his heirs & assigns forever subject to all lawfull Incumberances In Witness whereof the said William Kinnear and Mary his wife have hereunto interchangeably set their hands & seals dated the day & year first above written Sealed and Delivered William Kinnear (seal) in the presence of us her Jesse Moore Mary X Kinnear (seal) Samuel? Mead mark Crawford & Vanango County's they being annexed Js: Be it remembered that on the sixth day of July AD 1804 came before me the subscriber President of the Court of Common Pleas in the district [comprised] of the Counties of Beaver Butler Mercer Crawford and Erie in and for the Countys aforesaid William Kinnear & Mary his wife and ackn owledged the above within written Indenture to be their act and deed & desired that the same might be recorded as such according to law she the said Mary being of full age & when seperately & apart from her Sd Husband by me examined & the contents thereof made known thereunto Voluntarily con =senting.
