Provided the fame land does not lie in or interfere with the Manor of Rushcomb, or any other appropriated tracts for which he agrees to pay to our Ure, within the term of six months from the date herefor, at a rate of Fifteen Pounds, Ten Shillings, current Money of this Province, for every hundred Acres, and alfo to pay to us, our Heirs and Alligns, for ever, the yearly Quit Rent of One Half- Penny Sterling, for every Acre thereof, Inter.. and quit-rent to commence from 11th March 1757 The are Therefore to Authorite and require you to forvey or caufe to be forveyed unto the faid ANDRWE SAHM at the place Aforelaid, according to the Method of Townships appointed, and faid Quantity of One Hundred Acres, if not already forvayed or appropraited, and make Retuen thereof into the Secretary's Office, in order for Confirmation; for which this shall be your fufficiant Warrant; Which Warrant and Survey, the Cafe the faid Andrew Sahm fulfil the above Agreement within Six Months from the date Hereof Fhall be valid, otherwize void.
