And I, the said Henry Schneider, my heirs, executors, and administrators and assigns, from and against all person and persons whomever shall and will warrant, and forever defend by their presents. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 28 of July AD 1820. signed Henry SCHNEIDER (seal) In the presence of Samuel LEVAN and Jacob WANNER. On the 7th day of December 1820 personally appeared Samuel LEVAN who being first duly sworn according to law before me John FRANTZ, one of the Justices of the Peace for the county of Berks and the said Samuel LEVAN doth depose and say that he was present and saw the said Henry SCHNEIDER sign his name and acknowledge the same to be his act and deed and further the said Henry SCHNEIDER did seal the same and deliver his presents and further deponant saith not - signed Samuel LEVAN.
