Schuylkill Co., PA, DB 16, p. 526: x This Indenture Made this first day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ten; Between Joseph Webb of Schuylkill Township, & Aaron Boen Jur of Brunswig, both of the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania Yeoman of the one part, And Jacob Stahl senr of the Township of Schuylkill, County and State aforesaid Yeoman of the other part, Witnesseth that the said Joseph Webb and Aaron Boen Junr for and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred and fifty pounds lawful money of the State of Pennsylvania to them in hand well and truly paid by him the said Jacob Stahl, at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and thereof doth acquit and forever discharge unto him the said Jacob Stahl, and to his heirs, executors administrators and assigns, by these presents have granted, bargained, sold aliened, enfeoff release and confirm and by these presents Doth grant, bargain, sell, allien, enfeoff release and confirm, unto the said Jacob Stahl and to his heirs and assigns, All that certain Tract of land situate lying and being in the township of Schuylkill (formerly Brunswig) County and State aforesaid limited & described as follows Viz beginning at a marked Chesnut Oak by land of George Olinger thence extending by the same South seventy degrees West, one hundred and seventy six perches to a post, thence by lands of the said larger tract South twenty degrees East, two hundred and six & thence South perches to a stone by a marked White Oak, thence by land of John Richards & & Com'y North seventy degrees East, two hundred and twenty perches to a Stone near a marked White Oak, thence by said Stahls other land, North eighteen degrees West, One hundred sixty four and three fourths perches to a stone, thence by Michael Busheys land South seventy three degrees West, fifty one perches to a Stone and North twenty degrees West, seventy two perches to the place of Beginning, Containing two hundred and sixty three acres and one hundred and fourty seven & three fourths perches & allowance of six Precents for Roads &c [Being part of the same larger tracts of land which, by sundry good & lawfull conveyances duly had and obtained, became in and the property of a certain William Green, and the said William Green by a Deed Poll from under his hand & seal bearing date the thirdteenth of February A.D. 1807 granted and confirmed the same, together with other lands, unto the said Joseph Webb & Aaron Boen Junr and to their heirs and assigns as tenents in common and not as joint tenants) Together allso with all and singular the buildings improvements, houses out houses, barns stables, gardens, Orchards, Meadows, fields, fences, ways, woods, waters, watercourses, Rights, liberties, privileges hereditaments and premises_ And also all the estate right title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Joseph Webb & Aaron Boen Jr in law or equity or otherwise howsoever of in to or out of the same To have & to hold, the said above described tract of land, hereby granted and released unto the said Jacob Stahl, and to his heirs and Assigns, To the only proper use and behoof of him the said Jacob Stahl his heirs and assigns forever subject to the proportionalable part of the purchase Money quit Rent and interest in any, and the said Joseph Webb and Aaron Junr for themselves their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, Doth hereby warrant, promise, grant and agree, To and with the said Jacob Stahl & his heirs and assigns, That they the said above described tract of land hereby granted and released unto the said Jacob Stahl and his heirs & assigns, Against themselfs their heirs and assigns, and against all and every other person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part or parcel thereof sahll and will Warrant & forever defend by these presents__ In Witness Whereof the said parties have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day & year first above written ????? delivered in the Presence of us} Joseph Webb (seal) Wm Green George ??????
