We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ In the Name of God amen I John Adam of the Township of Cumru in the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania farmer being at Present in my Body weak and Sick but of good Sound mind memory and understanding blessed be god for the Same and Considering the Uncertainty of this Transitory life do make and publish this my Last will and testament in Manner and form following to wit - Principally and first of all I Commend my Immortal Soul into the hands of god who give it and my Body to the Earth to be buried in a Decent and Christian Like Manner at the Discretion of my Executors here in after named and as to Such worldly estate were with it hath Pleaset god to bless me in this Life I give and dispose of the Same in the manner following To Wit that is to Say Principally and first I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elisabeth all my Estate in hand where I now Reside there on that is all Real and Personal all the income of the Land all the housel goods and kitchen furniture all my horses cows sheep swine gears wagons plows harrows and all and Singular what Ever is and belongs to my Present plantation where I now Resides on at thime of my Decese that is to Say as Long as She Remains my widow And It is further my Will that after the Deceas of my Widow the Estate all Real and Personal Shall be Lawfully Preast and the Moneys a Rising ther from Shall be Equally Divided a Mongst all My children Shere and Shere a Like And it is further my will that my farm or Plantation wher my Son Isaac now Lives on is in one twelve Month after my Decease to bee Lawfully Preast and my three Sons Shall have an Equal Right to take the Said Plantation by the Preasment but if the Should Refuse to take it by the Preasment then the Said farm is to be Sold by Puplick Seal for Cash to the highest Bidder by my here in after named Executors and my Said Executors Shall to the Purcheser give a good and sofition Deed and all the moneys Arising from the Said farm is to be Equally Divided after the Proper Expence are all Dedocted of to all my childern Shere and Shere alike Except one Hundred pounds my Said Executors is to keep in hand of my Daughter Rebecka's Money for the child of my Daughter Rebecka which She now has my Said Executors is to Lend out the Said Money for the use of the Said child until the Said child has arivet to the age of Eaighteen years and if the child Should Die without Law Issue the Said money is to be Paid to my Daughter Rebecka and it is further my will that my herin after named Executors Shall Colect all my moneys Due to me and pay all my Just debts and funaral Charges as Soon as Possible and to Settel of with the Lagecis and Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my three Sons namely Bernet Adam Isaac Adam and John Adam to be the Executors of this my Last will and Testament Here by Revoking all other wills and Legacis by me here to fore made and Declaring this and no other to bee my Last will and Testament.
