We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ Will of Christina Keilbachin In the Name of God Amen I Christina Keilbachin in Albany Township in Berks County in the Province of Pennsylvania am sick and feeble of my Body, but yet of good Understanding and Memory, God be thanked, who hath brought into my Mind the Mortality of my Body, well knowing that it is appointed for all Persons once to die Do make and order this my Last Will and Testament, That is to say, Firstly and before all, I give and recommend my Soul into the Hand of the Almighty God who gave it, and my Body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in an honest and Christian-like Burial, according as my Executor shall see good, nothing doubting in the General Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the Almighty Power of God, And as concerning such wordly Goods with which it hath pleased God to bless me in this Life I give and dispose of the same after the following Manner and form Firstly I give and bequeath to my Grand-Children John Jacob Bachert, Christoffel Bachert, Christina Bachertin, Margretha Bachertin, Anna Klara Bachertin and and Susana Bachertin, as Children of my Daughter Christina and Son in Law Nicholaus Bachert, as my well beloved Grand-Children mentioned the Sum of twelve Pounds Current and lawful Money of Pennsylvania, to wit each of them seperately two Pounds for them and their Heirs and Successors for ever, which Money the six mentioned Children after my Death shall receive of Henry Zimmerman because he is in my Debt. Also I give and bequeath to my well beloved Daughters Barbara and Christina all my remaining Esate which I shall leave behind after my Death, that they may share it with one another, and one shall inherit as much as the other of the beforementioned Remainder, the above mentioned twelve Pounds deducted and moreover, my beforementioned Daughter Christina's eldest Daughter Christina Bachertin who is mentioned above as my Grand-Child shall have a Pillow for herself besides the aforesaid two Pounds Lastly I make, appoint and ordain my well beloved Friend Henry Zimmerman for true Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and I do hereby from the beginning recall, make void, and for null and void declare, all and every before made Wills, Testaments, Legacies, Bequests and Executors by me in any manner of way before named or willed, Ratifying and Confirming this and no other that it may be my Last Will and Testament In Witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the ninth Day of June Anno Domi one thousand seven hundred and sixty six.
