Martin Urner's Renunciation of Executorship to the Will of Christian Küntz˙, 1774 To all People to whom these Presents shall come I Martin Orner of the Township of Coventry in the County of Chester in the Province of Pennsylvania Yeoman send Greeting. Whereas Christian Küntz˙ late of the Township of Alsace in the County of Berks in the said Province Yeoman deceased did in his Life Time rightly and duly make his Last Will and Testament in Writing bearing Date the twenty fourth Day of March 1773 and thereof did nominate and appoint me the said Martin Orner and a certain Conrad Preiss Executors And Whereas the Execution of the said Will would be attended with many Inconveniences to me by Reason of the Distance of my Abode Now know Ye that I the said Martin Orner have renounced and declined and by these Presents do utterly renounce and decline the said Executorship and refuse to take upon me the Burden of the Execution of the Will aforesaid or in any wise to intermeddle with the same. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal Dated the seventh Day of October in the Year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy four.
