I Henry Yergey of the city of Reading, County of Berks and state of Pennsylvania hereby declare and publish this to be my last will and testament to wit: 1st I direct my hereinafter named executrix to pay all my just debts. 2nd I give, devise and bequeath unto my only daughter Sallie E. Knaut my house and lot number 210 South 10th Street, Reading, PA during her natural life and after her death the same to be equally divided among her children. Lastly I nominate constitute and appointing my said daughter Sallie E. Knaut as my executrix. In testimony whereof I hereby sign seal declare and deliver this as my last will and testament. In the matter of the Probate of the last Willand Testament of Henry Yergey Reading, PA Deceased, the Petition of Sallie E. Knaur, respectfully showeth that she is the Executric named in the last will and Testament of Henry Yergey [no date available]. That said Henry Yergey was a resident of Berks County, State of Pennsylvania and departed this life at number 210 10th Street, Reading in the County of Berks and State of PA on Tuesday, the 31st of May, A.D. 1904 at 5:10 o'clock P.M. The said testator was possessed of personal property to the value of $425.00 and real estate (less encumbrance) to the value of $1,550.00 as near as can be ascertained situates as follow: 210 South 10th Street, Reading, PA. Therefore the said Sallie E. Knaut respectfully applies for Probate of the said last Will and Testamtent and Letters of Testamentry thereon. Dated June 25, A.D. 1904 Sallie E.
