First it is My will that all My just Debts Shall be paid and fuly Dischardged, and I Give and bequeath To my beloved Wiffe Eighty pounds in Money and the Best Bet in the House and all the Together with all the Furnetuer belonging To it and one Bed for for the yus of My Towe Daughters Saly and Sussana and I give further to Dear Wif one Brass Heater Towe Iron Pots, Towe Seeps and one Cowe, three Hogs - and further it is My Will and give and bequeath the Remainder of My Estatt To My Chilldern in Equeal Shars To My Sons Peter and Henry and Harmon Bunn - - - and to My Foure Daughters hanna and Maly and Saly and Susanna: all in Equeal Shars as a fore Said and it is My will what My beloved Wif Shall have a Right To Live on ar Blease So Long as She Reamains a Widowe That is to say if My Debts Could be paid without Seling the Land if then I Lefit to the Aprobations and order of My Executors hereafter empowered: vz. and further it is My Will and bequeath To My Dear Wife one Walnut Table and heire Satie and all wat is Mentiont above To heire and to heire heirs forever and I Make and order My loved Sons Peter and Harmon Bunn in Amity and Douglass Townships Peter in Berks and Harmon in Philadelphia Countys Executors of this My Last Will and Testament in Trust fore the Intents and purposes in this My Last Will Contained and I empower My Executors to Sel and Mack a good Sufichent Wright and Dead of My Land if Sold by the above Mentioned Executors or Either of them. In Witness whereof I the Said Nichlos Bunn Have To this My Last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seal the Day and Yeare above Writeen Sealed and Delivered by the presents of us fore his Last Will and Testant who where present at the Seying and Sealing ther of Jacob Yocham Nichs Bunn [Seal] Barthm Wamback Henry Hoffa Reading in Berks County the 21st Day of April Anno Domini 1777. Then Appeared Personally Bartholomew Womback & Henry Hoffa Witnesses to the above Written Will, and Upon their Solemn Affirmation did Depose & say that they were Present and saw & heard Nicholas Bunn the Testator therein named Sign Seal Pronounce Publish & Declare the above Writing to be his Last Will & Testament and that at the Time of Doing thereof he was of sound Mind Memory & Understanding as they Verily believe, And that they were Present and Saw Jacob Yocham sign his name as a Witness. Who Respectively Subscribed their names thereto as Witnesses at & in the Presents of the said Testator. Coram me Henry Wirt Register This original Will was in the Estate File. The line "Peter and Harmon in Amity and Douglass Townships Peter in Berks and Harman in Philadelphia" was taken from the neatened-up copy in Will Book 2, page 271 as the original Will had been repaired with Scotch tape and was unreadable on that line. Nicholas Bunn was a Conveyancer. Will Book 2 has this additional: Registrar's Office Berks County April 21st 1777 Letters Testamentary in Common Form Under the Seal of the Said Office on the Will aforewritten of the said Nicholas Bunn, Deceased, were granted to Peter Bunn and Harman Bunn Sole Executors therein Named, they being first Duly Qualified thereunto according to Law.
