Amen ~ In the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hunderd six and ninety the ninth day of November, I Cunigunda Gruberin from Tolpehoccon Township in Bercks County State of Pensilvanie a old Widow, am now very old, weack and sickly in Body, but of a good Memory and Understanding, thank be God for it, have taken into consideration the mortality of my body; Wherefore after the Death of my Husband my Son’s have divided amongst themselves the Cloaths of their Father and thereby determined, that my Daughters as to wit Susane Schmidten, Catharine Zuberin and Anna Margretha Giessemanin all my Cloaths, Beddings and Kettle so my whole Houshold Furniture the above mentioned amongst themselves shall divide, but what belongs my Son’s there every one of them shall have from my Estate one english Shilling, this is my Will, but with regard to the Portion of my Daughter Catharine Zubern, she shall have it to her use so long as she lives, but after her Death shall this Portion fall back to her own God-child Catharine Geissemann and to Catharine Schmidten these both shall divide this in equal Parts, but with respect to the Cash the childern of my Johann Georg Gruber shall one Part of the Cash that comes to them divide amongst themselves this is my last Will and the Rest of the Cash my Daughters shall divide amongst themselves in equal Parts, is my Will, in Testimony thereof have put to it my Hand and Seal, the Day and the Year as mentioned above. her Cungunda # Grubern Mark Signed and delivered In our Presence Helfrich Kolb This is a true Translation of the Original Philip Pauli This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/pafiles/ File size: 2.2 Kb
