This small family cemetery is in the woods in Juniata Gap near the SE corner of the intersection of Gwin Road (sometime called the back road by the Penn State Altoona Campus) and a road the locals call the Coleman Loop. Gwin Road ends at a T intersection with the Coleman Loop. The entry road to the cemetery appears to be a driveway to a pair of houses (which it is) which goes up across from where Glichand road splits off the Coleman Loop. Approximately 50 to 60 percent of the tombstones are not readable. Many, especially those for children, were nothing more than field stone markers. Others have deteriorated to where they are unreadable. Several are included in this listing from the research of the late Wilma Emes Kelly, where her notes indicate people were buried there or where obituaries list them as being buried there. Where more complete dates are known and no conflict exists, the more complete dates have been given here. Names have also been expanded where known, thus A. L. Maurer is listed as Maurer, Abraham Lincoln. This census was conducted by Scott Troutman with the assistance of Barbara Troutman and Andrew Peterman.
