The petition of Rachel Colyer and Lydia Colyer by Samuel Colyer their next friend, was presented to the Court, setting forth: That your petitioners are minor children of George Colyer, late of Altoona city in said County deceased, under the age of fourteen years, resident within said County, and have no guardian to take care of their persons and estates, and that there is some personal estate and income amounting in all to less than two hundred dollars. Your petitioner prays they Court to appoint a guardian for the purpose aforesaid Whereupon: And now Oct. 5th 1891, upon reading within petition, the Court appoint H. B. Huff Guardian of said minors and direct that he give bond in the sum of $400 with surety to be approved by the Court --- --- By the Court. Now Oct. 17 1891 - Bond of Guardian with *. *. Dively as surety in the sum of $400 - approved By the Court. - And now May 16th A.D. 1898 Bond of Guardian and W. S.
