EXECUTORS’ SALE OF REAL ESTATE
The undersigned will offer at Public Sale, on the premises, in Altoona, on Friday,
March 15th, 1861, all the right, title, and interest of James Conrad, late of Blair
Township, Blair County, deceased, in and to the Northern part of Lot No. 4, fronting
on Branch street, Block V, containing about thirty-three feet in front, more or
less, on said street, and extending back one hundred and twenty feet to a 15 feet
Alley, on which is erected a comfortable Dwelling House16 by 20 feet, one and a half
stories high, with other improvements. Terms will be made known on day of Sale, and
possession given on the 1st day of April next. Sate to commence at one o'clock P. M.
