(altoona, Pa.), March 31, 1859 Written: March 24, 1859 Administrator’s sale of Valuable Real Estate. By virtue of an order of the Orphans’ Court of Blair county, made at January Term, 1859, 1 will expose to sale on the premises, in the town of Loudonsville, adjoining Altoona, on Thursday, the 14th of April, 1859, at 10 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following Real Estate, late the property of George Huff, deceased, to wit: A lot or piece of ground, adjoining the borough of Altoona, having thereon erected a three-story frame tavern stand, known as the White Hall Hotel, a two-story frame dwelling house, a two-story frame store-house a fine large barn and other out-buildings. The above property is a most valuable Tavern Stand, being situated at the terminus of the Altoona and Hollidaysburg Plank Road, and on the rood leading from Altoona to Clearfield; and from its near proximity to the borough of Altoona, makes its situation a desirable one. There is sufficient land about it for all necessary conveniences. TERMS OF SALE.—One-half of the purchase money to be paid on the confirmation of sale; and the residue in one year thereafter, with interest, to be secured by Bond and Mortgage or Judgment Note of the purchaser.
