Newhard } And now, 22d Oct. 1860, the alias subpoena having been returned by the Sheriff, and proof having been made, that the Respondent cannot be found in said county, the Court do now order that the Sheriff cause notice to be published for four weeks, successfully, prior to the fourth Monday of January next, requiring said respondent to appear on said day to answer the complaint of said Libellant. By the County. JOS. BALDRIDGE, Prot. Mary E. Newhard, the Respondent above named, is hereby notified to appear on the day above named, as required by the act of Assembly and the order of the Court, and answer the complaint of Libellant.
