Henry Conrad and wife to Jacob Conrad

Indenture made the Ninth of June 1876 between Henry Conrad and Wife of 
Freedom Township, Blair County to Jacob Conrad, Joseph Conrad, Sarah B. 
Ritchey and Susan Feather, children of the first part for the sum of $300.00  
($75.00 each)

Lot of Ground and all buildings thereon in East Freedom, Plot No. 16 
adjoining Huge Riley and Mrs. Grass on the West Side of Bedford road 
containing 32 perches.  The said property was previously conveyed to 
Catherine Conrad by Jacob Sell.
