Crawford to Armstrong Crawford Fee $ 175 Tax 50. $ 225 Paid This Indenture made the Twenty First Day of December in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy. Between John Crawford of Tyrone Township in the County of Blair in the State of Pennsylvania of the one part and Armstrong Crawford of the Township County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth: That the said John Crawford for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and twenty Dollars and Sixty five cents to Him in hand paid by the said Armstrong Crawford at or before the sealing and delivery hereof. The receipt of which is hereby Acknowledge has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey, and confirm unto the said Armstrong Crawford and to his heirs and assigns a certain lot or Parcel of Ground Situate in Tyrone Township County and State as aforesaid. Bounded as follows: Beginning at a Stone in Private road Thence running North 46 Degrees East ten Perches to Gate Post. Thence North 49 Degrees West Thirty One Perches and four tenths to Point in Road (Stone Heap Corner). Thence to a corner near Walnut, Nine Perches and One half. Thence South 48 Degrees East Thirty Perches and 94/100 to Place of Beginning. Containing One Acre and One Hundred and Thirty Seven Perches neat measure. It being a Part of a Tract of Land Deeded in the same of Armstrong Crawford which said Tract of Land by sundries Deeds and Conveyances became vested in John Crawford Party hereto by Deed dated the 29th Day of June 1852 as recorded in the recording Office of Deeds county of Blair 16th Day of March 1860 Book Ia (?) Page 88 & as referenced being had thereto will more fully at Length appear Together with all the Privileges and appurntenaces whatsoever thereunto belonging and all the Estate right title interest. Property claim and demand whatsoever of him the said John Crawford in Law or equity or otherwise howsoever of, in and to the same and every part thereof, to have and to hold the said Described tract or parcel of Ground Containing One Acre and One Hundred and Thirty Seven Perches neat, hereditaments and premises herby, granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Armstrong Crawford and to his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Armstrong Crawford his heirs and assigns forever, and the said John Crawford her himself and for his heirs Executors and administrators Do covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Armstrong Crawford and his heirs and assigns by these presents that he the said John Crawford and his heirs all and singular hereditaments and Premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be, unto the said Armstrong Crawford and to his heirs and assigns against him the said John Crawford and his heirs and against all and every other Person or Persons Whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will Warrant and defend by these presents. In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have interchangeably set their hand and seals hereunto dated the day and Year First above written.
