Witnesseth, that the said Christian Koon and Hannah his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred Fifty two Dollars and two cents, or Fourteen dollars and fifty cents per acre lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said Jacob Brua at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release and confirm unto the said Jacob Brua his heirs and assigns, All that piece or parcel of land situated and laying in Frankstown Township, Blair County and State of Pennsylvania adjoining lands of Jesse Crumbecker commencing at a Pine north 2 1/2 degrees east thence North 21 East 96 to a Beech to Hewit, thence North 85 West 47 and 10 to a Black Walnut down thence North 19 3/4 West 14 and 22 to a Beech, thence North 6 1/2 West 12 and 10 to Sugar, thence by other lands of Koon thence south 8 west 34 and 5, thence south 30 1/2 west 30 to a post, thence by lands of Kurtz Koffman south 34 East 80 to a Pine the place of beginning containing Thirty One acres and twenty eight perches with the allowance being a part of a larger survey now belonging to Christian Koon. Together with all and singular the ways, waters, water courses, rights liberties, privileges, hereditaments and apurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties in law, equity or otherwise, howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part thereof, To Have and to Hold the said piece or parcel of land with hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be , with the appurtenances unto the said Jacob Brua his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Jacob Brua, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Christian Koon and Hannah his wife, their heirs, executors and Administrators, Do by these presents, covenant, grant, and agree to and with the said Jacob Brua, his Heirs and assigns, that they the said Christian Koon and Hannah his wife, their heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances, unto the said Jacob Brua, his Heirs and Assigns, against all the said partys of the first part their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will warrant and forever Defend----In witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals.
