T. Gable This Indenture made the Twenty second day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty four between David Koon of Allegheny Township Blair County Pennsylvania of the first part and C. T. Gable of Milton Northumberland County of the second part Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. All the following described property viz: All that certain lot of ground in the said town of Duncansville Blair County Pennsylvania fronting thirty (30) feet on the Pittsburg and Philadelphia Turnpike and extending back at right angles to the Allegheny Portage Railroad and marked number Twenty three (23) in the plan of said town. And which was sold by order of the Orphans Court of Blair County as the property of John Confer, Decd. And on his death by order said Orphans Court was decreed to Marieda N. Confer his widow, in furtherance of the Act of Assembly in such case made and framed (see decree of the date of the 29th of Jan 1868) By deed dated the first day of April 1868 conveyed the same to David Koon who with his wife Elizabeth by their deed dated the Twenty second day of July AD 1884 conveyed the same to C. S. Gable party hereto Together with all and singular the buildings improvements, ways, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same, and every part thereof, To have and to hold the said half lot or parcel of ground hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And David Koon and Elizabeth his wife the said parties of the first part, their heirs, executors, and administrators, do by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that they the said parties of the first apart, and their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs, and assigns, against them the said parties of the first part and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, Shall and Will Warrant and Forever Defend In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first part have to these presents set their hands and seals. Siebert Blair County SS Pennsylvania On the Twenty second day of July 1884 before me a Justice of the Peace came the above named David Koon and Elizabeth Koon his wife and acknowledged the above Deed to be their act and deed and desired to have it recorded, said Elizabeth Koon being of full age and by me examined separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said Deed being first made known to her declared that she signed sealed and delivered said Deed of her own free will and accord without coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
