Koon Know all men by these presents that I Christian Koon of Frankstown Blair County and state of Pennsylvania and Hannah his wife for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and thirty dollars then in hand paid by George L. Koon of the town county and state aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and by these presents do assign and transfer to him the said George L. Koon and his heirs all the right title interest in and to the written mentioned and described property with the appurtenances there unto belonging to hold to the said George L. Koon his heirs and assigns forever and the said Christian Koon and Hannah his wife their heirs the said hereby granted and assigned premises with the appurtenances unto the said George L. Koon his heirs and assigns against them the said Christian Koon and Hannah his wife and their heirs and against all and every other person lawfully claiming the same shall and will warrant and further defend. In witness whereof the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seals the second day of April 1866. C. Kuhn (seal) Hannah Kuhn (seal) Sealed and delivered in the presence of Samuel Bancroft G. W. Cunningham Received on the above day the consideration money in full. C. Kuhn Blair County SS Personally appeared before me a justice of the peace in and for the county on the 2nd day of April 1866, the within named Christian Koon and Hannah his wife and acknowledged the within assignment to be their act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such the said Hannah being of full age and by me duly examined separate and apart from her husband and the contents thereof being first made known to her declared that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord seal and as her act and deed deliver the said assignment without any coercion of her husband.
