Toole This indenture made the 24th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven between Abraham Koon of the town of Duncansville Blair County and state of Pennsylvania and Cevilla his wife of the one part and James E. Toole the second part. Witnesseth that the said Abraham Koon and Cevilla his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and fifty dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said James E. Toole at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release convey and confirm unto the said James E. Toole, his heirs and assigns. All that lot of ground situate in the said town of Duncansville lying and being on the north side of Main or turnpike street and fronting on said street fifty feet and extending back at right angles Two hundred feet to Cherry Alley and marked No. 30 according to the plan of said town as laid out and marked on the ground by Jacob Wallers, recording in the Recorders office in and for the County of Huntingdon on the 16th day of April A. D. 1828 Book V page 15 the title to which by sundry goods and lawful conveyance became vested in Samuel Duncan which together with his wife Margaret by deed lawfully executed and dated the 4th day of April A. D. 1838 conveyed the same to the said Abraham Koon party hereto said deed being recorded in the Record Office I and for the said county of Huntingdon the 13th day of February A. D. 1839 Book A page 453 to reference thereunto being had more fully appears. Together with all and singular the buildings improvements ways waters water-courses rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Abraham Koon and Cevilla his wife in law equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof. To have and to hold the said described lot of ground hereditaments and premises hereby granted mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said James E. Toole his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said James E. Toole his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Abraham Koon and Cevilla his wife their heirs executors and administrators do by these presents covenant grant and agree to and with the said James E. Toole his heirs and assigns that they the said Abraham Koon & Cevilla his wife their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals dated the day and year first above written. Signed & delivered in a presence of us Jno. Gibboney Blair County ss On the 2nd day of April Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and forty seven before me a magistrate of the said county of Blair personally appeared the above named Abraham Koon and Cevilla his wife and in due form of law acknowledged the above indenture to be their respective act and deed and desired the same might be recorded as such and the said Cevilla being of full age and separate and apart from her said husband by me thereon privately examined and the full contents of the above deed being by me first made known unto her did thereupon declare and say that she had voluntarily and of her own free will and accord sign seal and as her act and deed deliver the above Indenture without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband or any undue influence whatever.
