Wolf This Indenture made the thirteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one between Abraham Koon of the Town of Duncansville Blair County Pennsylvania and Cevilla his wife of the first part and Francis T. Wolf of the said Town of Duncansville of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. Have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released and confirmed and by these presents Do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns All the following described lot of ground situate in the said Town of Duncansville fronting on the Turnpike or Main street forty five feet running back at right angles to said street one hundred and eighty feet to an alley adjoining, and ally (sic) on the west and other lots of the said Abraham Koon on the East being part of the same Lot of ground which sold by Peter Ruth and wife by their Deed dated the 16th day of April (Recorded in the Recorders office in Huntingdon County in Book E No. 2 pages 528 & 529. Reference being thereunto had more fully appears) conveyed to the said Abraham Koon. Together with all and singular the buildings improvements ways waters water-courses rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate, right title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of them the said parties of the first par in law equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof. To have and to hold the said lot of ground hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Abraham Koon and Cevilla his wife their heirs executors and administrators do by these presents covenant, grant, and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that they the said parties of the first part their heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part their heirs and assigns against them the said parties of the first par their heirs and against all and every other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have here unto set their hands and seals. Dated the day and year first above mentioned. Gibboney Philip Beamer Blair County ss The Thirteenth day of August Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and fifty one before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally appeared the above named Abraham Koon and Cevilla his wife and in due form of law acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed and desired the same might be recorded as such and the said Cevilla being of full age and separate and apart from her said husband by me thereon privately examined and the full contents of the above deed by me first mad known unto her did thereupon declare and say that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord sign, seal, and as her act and deed deliver the above Indenture without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
