Kuhn Frankstown Township February 8, 1884 Deed Book 60, page 445 This Indenture made the eighth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty four between Mary A. Kuhn and George Kuhn her husband of the first part and James B. Kuhn all of Frankstown, Blair County. Witnesseth that the said partys of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred twenty five Dollars, lawful money of the United Sates of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain house and half lot of ground situate in the Village of Frankstown, Blair County, Pa. bounded and described as follows: on the East by lot of Jane E. Kuhn, on the South by the R rail road, on the West by the lot of the Blair Iron and Coal Co., and on the North by the Main street of Old Turnpike road. It being the same lot of ground sold by Christian Kuhn to Lewis Lingafelt and by Lewis Lingafelt to William Caldwell and by said William Caldwell to Mary A. Kuhn, the grantor by deed dated the 31st day of January A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty. Said lot being 30 X 60 feet.
