All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ Christian Kuhn to Conrad Ott Frankstown Township, Blair County April 3, 1872 Deed Book 31, page 556 This indentur Made the Third day of April in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundread and seventy two between Christian Kuhn of Frankstown Township, Blair County, state of Pennsylvania of the first part and Conrade Ott of the city of Altoona County and state aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part, forward in consideration of the sum of six thousand three hundred and eighty ($6380) dollars lawful money of the United States of America, well and truly paid by the said party of the second part to the said party of the first part at and before the unsealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is . . . . acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, alien, release convey and . . . unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns. All that certain tract of land, situate, lying being in Frankstown Township, County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania, bounders and described as follows to wit: Beginning at a stone pile adjoining lands of Jacob Brua near a small stream of water, thence by lands of Mr. Geesey south two and one half degrees east 59 perches to white oak. Thence north 85 and one half degrees west 33 perrches to white oak. Thence by lands of same south 5 degrees, east 57 perches to chest oak. Thence by lands of Peter Wertz, south 84 degrees east 20 perches to Chest oak. Thence by lands of Jame North 84 degrees east 24 perches to a Pine. Thence by lands of ame, souoth 46 degrees east 15 perches to Black Oak. Thence by lands of Sol Camer north 48 1/2 degrees east 113 perches to a chest oak. Thence by lands of the same party north 37 and 1/2 degrees east 120 perches to a fallen white oak. Thence north 72 and 1/2 degrees west 21 perches to a pine. Thence by lands of Jesse Crumbaker south 36 degrwees west 28 perches to a point. Thence by lands of same south 26 degrees west 14 perches to corner. Thence by lands of same party north 64 degrees west 80.5 perches to s tree and place of beginning. Containing three hundred and nineteen acres, one road, and 18 perches of land. Being part of the tract of land patented in the name of Alexander Fullerton the 15th day of July 1802 which the said Alexander Fullerton by his last Will and Testament dated the second day of February 1818 demised and bequeathed to Alexander Fullerton and Mary Fullerton who intermarried with Erskine Hazard which will is remaining at the registers office in the city of Philadelphia reference being had will more fully and at large appear and which the said Alx Fullerton and Sarah his wife and Erskine Hazard and Mary his wife by their attorney in fact J. G. Miles, by their deed of conveyance dated the 18th day of Oct 1848 sold and conveyed to Christian Kuhn the present grantor which deed is recorded in the office for Recording Deeds in Blair County in Book S page 255. Which tract originally contained 382 acres and 23 perches of land and being also a part of another tract of land the title to which became vested in Christian Kuhn the present Grantor by Deed Poll of Wm Sprar Esq High Sheriff of the County of Huntingdon dated the 15th day of November, 1826 for the consideration of $105 paid to said shff by said Christian Kuhn which last tract of land originally embraced 95 acres, as by reference being had to said deeds will more fully and at large appear.
