Weaver This Indenture made the Tenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three between Samuel Loucks and Mary E. Loucks, his wife, Charles Loucks, and Maud Loucks, his wife, all of Bellwood, Blair County, Pennsylvania and Frank Loucks and Dora Loucks his wife, both of Juniata Borough, said County and state, parties of the first part and Orlando L. Weaver of Bellwood, aforesaid party of the second part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of eleven hundred dollars (which sum includes the balance of the purchase money for the premises hereafter described due D. L. Wray owner of the legal title thereof) lawful money of the United States of America, unto them in hand well and truly paid, by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, All the right, title, and interest of the said parties of the first part, of, in and to all that certain messuage and lot or piece of ground, situate, lying and being in Antis Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania, adjacent to the borough of Bellwood, bounded and described as follows, to wit: fronting fifty (50) feet on the southeast side of East Fourth Street and extending back therefrom along Tuckahoe Street, southeast, at a uniform width of fifty (50) feet, a distance of one hundred and twenty (120) feet to an alley being bounded on the northwest by East Fourth Street; northeast by Tuckahoe Street; southeast by an alley; and southwest by lot No. 5 Block O and being lot number six (6) in Block "O" in the plan of lots laid out for heirs of John Bell and recorded in Deed Book Vol 73 page 630 Being the same lot which the heirs of John Bell by their deed dated November 13, 1891 and recorded in Blair County in Deed Book Vol 93 page 562, conveyed to Mrs. Ida M. Stether, who with her husband by their deed dated September 16, 1897 and recorded in said county in Deed Book Vol 115 page 588 conveyed the same to George M. Meyers who, with his wife, by their deed dated November 13, 1901 and recorded in said county in deed Book Vol 133 page 610, conveyed the same to David L. Wray. Together with all and singular the buildings improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof; and all the estate, right title interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part thereof, To have and to hold the said lot of ground together with the buildings thereon erected hereditaments and premises hereby granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, forever. And Samuel Loucks and Mary E. Loucks, his wife, Frank Loucks and Dora Loucks his wife, and Charles Loucks and Maud Loucks, his wife, the said parties of the first part, for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents covenant, grant and agree, to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be , with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs, and assigns, against the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, Shall and Will Warrant and Forever Defend In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part have to these presents set their hands and seals. Loucks, his wife and Charles Loucks and Maud Loucks his wife and acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such.
