Delozier Whereas James M. Stiffler Sheriff of Blair County Penna by his Deed, acknowledged Feby 5th 1879 conveyed all the right title and interest of Samuel Riddle in and to all that certain tract of land in Frankstown Township, Blair County Pennsylvania containing 192 acres more or less bounded in the west by lands of Geo. M. Rhodes (formerly Hamilton McKenzie) on the north by land of Mrs. M. B. Riddle (formerly) Jas W. Riddle and on the south by lands of Lennox. Also, a tract of land situate in said Frankstown containing 202 acres bounded on the west by Hamilton McKenzie in the north by said McKenzie & Mrs. Sarah Riddle on the East by Mrs. M. B. Riddle (formerly Jas W. Riddle) and on the south by the land hereinbefore described to James Gardner Trustee for James Gold said James Gardner & A. S. Morrow, trading as Gardner Morrow & Co. Mrs. Margaret B. Riddle, Martin Bell Jr., W. C. Moore, Executors of Jas W. Riddle deceased and John S. Isett since deceased of whom Edward B. Isett is Executor and whereas said James Gardner trustee by his deed dated June 17, 1886 has conveyed said land to David S. Delozier for the sum of $6500.00 Now know all men by these presents that we the said James Gold, A. S. Morrow, Mrs. Margaret B. Riddle, Martin Bell Jr., & W. C. Moore Executor of James W. Riddle deceased and Edward B. Isett Executor of John S. Isett having received from the said James Gardner Trustee out of the said purchase money the amount thereof respectively due bons have approved, ratified and confirmed by these presents do approve ratify and confirm the conveyance so made by James Gardner Trustee to David S. Delozier and do release grant and convey to the said S. Delozier his heirs and assigns any and all interests estate whatsoever which might be in said tracts of whom said James Gardner is Trustee so that said David S. Delozier his heirs and assigns shall have and hold said land clear free and discharged from all claims whatsoever on our part. Witness our hands and seals the 19th day of June AD 1886 A. S. Morrow W.
