Jacob Sell and wife to Catherine Conrad

Indenture made the Second day of March 1866 between Jacob Sell and Wife of 
Freedom Township, Blair County and Catherine Conrad of Catherine Township 
for the sum of $330.00.

One House and Lot of Ground in East Freedom, Town Plot No. 16  on the West 
Side of Bedford street adjacent lots of Isabella Lingenfelter and others  
containing 32 perches.

Sealed and delivered in presence of us:
W. H. Brooke, J.P. and Wm. M. McGraw

On the 2nd day of March 1866 before me the subscriber, a Justice of the 
Peace for Blair County came Jacob Sell and Elizabeth, his Wife, she being of 
full age.  In witness thereof. signed:  W. H. Brooke
