Price This Indenture made the Fourth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety five between William J. Shinefelt and George W. Price, Executors of the last Will of William Shinefelt, Deceased, parties of the first part, and Mrs. Mary E. Price, party of the second part: Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid, by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and, by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, forever, All That certain tract of land, situate in Allegheny Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania lying between the public road, that leads from the southern end of the Altoona and Hollidaysburg Turnpike on the North and the Beaver Dam Branch of the Juniata River on the south and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point in the Juniata River, Thence South 79 degrees East Four (4) perches to a point, Thence along public road south 40 3/4 degrees East, Fifteen (15) perches to a point, thence along public road South 45 degrees East Twelve (12) perches to a point. Thence along public road South 50 3/4 degrees East Fifteen and 3/10 (15.3) perches to a point. Thence along public road South 64 1/4 degrees East, Twenty (20) perches to a point, Thence along public road South 67 degrees East Seven and 5/10 (7.5) perches to a point, Thence South 26 1/4 degrees West, Fourty Four (44) perches to point in River, Thence North 5 3/4 degrees East, Fifteen (15) perches to point the place of beginning Containing Ten (10) acres, Fifty and 5/10 (50.5) perches, said land was surveyed by W. S. Givin and same is more particularly described in plot or map hereto annexed and made part of this deed. This conveyance being divided in the Will of the late William Shinefelt, as admitted to probate in Blair County on October 2, 1894 and also by decree of Orphan's Court of Blair County dated Oct. 30, 1895. Together with all and singular the buildings improvements, ways, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties, privilege, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever whereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part in law, equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part thereof. To have and to hold the said tract of land as above described hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first part for themselves and their heirs, executors and administrators do, by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against them the said parties of the first part and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by, from, or under them, or any of them shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof, The said parties of the first part have to these presents set their hand George W. On the Fourth day of November Anno Domini 1895, before me, a Notary Public in and for said County and State came the above-named William J. Shinefelt and George W. Price, Executors of the last Will of William Shinefelt, Deceased and acknowledged the foregoing indenture to be their act and deed as such Executors and desired that the same might be recorded as such.
