Conrad Indenture made the Fifth day of April 1851 between John Stiffler and Eve his wife of Juniata Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania and Henry Conrad of North Woodberry Township for the sum of $250.00. One House and Lot of Ground situate in the Town of Freedom, Plan No. 15 in the "South" East side of Bedford Street beginning at a post in 14 feet alley in said Street thence 76 degrees, East 148 1/2 feet to a post. Thence South 14 degrees West 60 1/2 feet to a post in Bedford Street thence North 14 degrees East 60 feet to place of beginning containing about 32 perches.
