Yingling and wife to William Davis This Indenture made the ninth day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand and Sixty four between Abraham Yingling of Hollidaysburg, Blair County State of Pennsylvania and his wife of the first part and Wm. David of the Township of Freedom County and state aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Abraham Yingling and Esther his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said William Davis at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the said William Davis his heirs and assigns a certain tract of land lying in Juniata Township Blair County State of Pennsylvania containing Forty two acres and Fourty Four perches more or less neat measure being a part of a larger tract of land Beginning a post by lands of Same East Eighty eight west sixty four perches to post thence by land of Heekle South two west one hundred and six perches to a post thence by land of the same south eighty eight east sixty four perches to post thence by land of V Hang North eighty eight east one hundred and six perches to the place of beginning. Being a piece of a large tract of land of deed poll bearing date third day of April Eighteen hundred and Fifty seven Together with all and Singular the buildings improvements thereunto belonging or in anywise belonging or appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title and interest property claim and demand whatsoever of them Abraham Yingling and Esther his wife in law equity or otherwise howsoever or in and way of in and to the same and every part thereof. To have and to hold the said herein described tract hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Abraham Yingling and Esther his wife their heirs and assigns executors and administrators doth by these presents covenant and agree to and with the said William Davis heirs and assigns that they the said Abraham Yingling and Esther his wife their heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said William Davis his heirs and assigns against them the said Abraham Yingling and Esther his wife their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will warrant and forever defend. Bowers Received the day of the date of the within or aforegoing indenture of the within named William Davis Five Hundred Dollars the Consideration money therein mentioned. Bowers personally appeared the above named Abraham Yingling and Esther his wife and in due form of law acknowledged the above indenture to be their and each of their act and deed and desired the same might be recorded as such and the said Esther Yingling being of full age and separate and apart from her said husband by me thereon privately examined and the contents of the above Deed being by me first made known unto her did thereupon declare and say that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord sign seal and as her act and deed deliver the above written indenture deed or conveyance without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
