[sic] Witnesseth That the said Abraham Yingling and Ester, his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of Sixteen hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said Samuel Myars at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released and confirmed, and by these presents Doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release and confirm unto the said Samuel Myars, his heirs and assigns All that tract of land situated in Juniata Township, Blair County and state of Pennsylvania Beginning at a post North Eight degrees East two hundred and fifty six perches to a Mapel [sic] thence by land of Dearmit North eighty eight west forty perches to a post, thence by lands of F. Coevenslough south eight degrees west two hundred and thirty six perches to a post thence eighty eight east to the place of beginning containing one hundred acres, more or less Being a tract of land sirveyed [sic] by Jacob Seignty, Executor of Jacob Morgan decd to Abraham Yingling for reference to deed pole bearing date the Third day of April in the year 1857. Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of them --- in law equity or otherwise howsoever, of in and to the same and every part thereof. To Have and To Hold the said --- above mention. Hereditaments and Premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said Samuel Myars, heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Samuel Myars, heirs, and assigns forever. And the said Abraham Yingling and Easter his wife, thare [sic] heirs, Executors and Administrators, Do by these presents, covenant, grant and agree to and with the said Samuel Myars, his Heirs and Assigns, that they the said Abraham Yingling and Easter his wife, thare Heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said Samuel Myars his heirs and assigns, against them the said --- his heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will warrant and forever defend. In Witness Whereof, the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals. Dated the day and year first above written. Abraham Yingling Attest: Jacob Leighty On the Forth 4 day of October Anno Domini 1867 before me one of the Justice of the Peace, personally appeared the above named Abraham Yingling and Easter his wife, and in due form of law acknowledged the above Indenture to be their and each of their act and deed, and desired the same might be recorded as such; and the said Easter being of full age and separate and apart from her said husband by me thereon privately examined and the full contents of the above deed being by me first made known unto her did thereupon declare and say that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord, sign seal, and as her act and deed, deliver the above written Indenture, Deed or Conveyance without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
