As usual, one hundred per cent. in addition to the quota, to make up for exemptions, &c., was drawn. In the case of Hollidaysburg, however, there were not sufficient names left in the wheel to make up the hundred per cent., but if the quota should be filled by those first drawn, then those drawn in the per centage will be discharged, or if part if it be filled, then those drawn in the per centage will be liable in the order their names stand on this list: HOLLIDAYSBURG.
