Dear Sir: 

The department requires Joseph Robertson to report for examination to 
Dr Robert Irwin of Hollidaysburg, Blair County, Pa. and have within a 
certificate of disability filled out and signed by one of the Command 
Officers.  If the Officer certifying is not in "Actual Service," he must 
make Oath to his claim.
