One drunk and a nuisance were locked up last night. Teddy Ryan was arrested yesterday on a hearing of disorderly conduct. One drunk forfeited $3 at police court yesterday, and another $2 and one paid a fine of $2. Frank Robbins and George Saffer were locked up last night for stealing bananas from the Pennsylvania railroad freight station. James Watson was arrested yesterday evening by Constable Roe on a warrant from Alderman DeByne's office, in which the defendant is charged with assault and battery. Samuel Palm was arrested yesterday on a warrant issued by Alderman B. B. Irwin, in which he was charged with ill treating his family. He was released on bail and immediately went home and abused his wife. He was again arrested and taken before the same alderman, who had him locked up for a hearing today.
