Raftsman's Journal. (Clearfield, Pa.) July 30, 1856
On Saturday night 21st, Daniel Neff, Attorney at Law, and David Hewitt, a wagon
maker, both citizens of Hollidaysburg, got into a difficulty at Dannal's Hotel, in
that place, which resulted in the stabbing of Hewitt, and his death on the following
day.
