Got his Deserts - James M'Cully alias Foxey, at one time a resident of this place and well known to many of our citizins as a "fellow of the baser sort", was tried and convicted of manslaughter, at the late term of the Dauphin county court, and sentenced to ten years and four months imprisonment in the penitentiary. Justice, though slow, is sure.
