TRAVELING ARTIST - We notice that some traveling photographic artist 
has pitched his wagon on Mulberry street, fronting the Exchange Hotel. 
With two such excellent home artists as Proctor and Hartsock to compete 
with, it is doubtful whether he will do a very thriving business.
