Mr. and Mrs. Huff Roland, of Pittsburg, left for home last evening, after a week-end visit with Juniata friends. Mr. and Mrs. V. H. Black, of 703 Fifth avenue, spent Sunday with Mrs. Black's sister, Mrs. Joseph Watson, of Mt. Union. Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Evans, of South Fork, were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Treese, of 509 Fifth street. Mrs. W. Mummey, of 711 Sixth avenue, was called to Danville on Saturday by the death of her father-in-law, the late Charles Mummey. Miss Emily Perry, of 302 Tenth avenue, has returned from a visit with friends in Bloomsburg. Misses Annie and Hazel Whippo, of 625 Seventh avenue, are visiting friends in Yeargertown. Mrs. William Stahl, of 611 Eighth avenue, and sister, Miss Mabel Boyles, of 329 Sixth avenue, were week-end guests of State College friends.
