At an Orphan's Court held at Hollidaysburg in and for the said County of Blair, on Monday, the 21st day of June A.D. 1847 on motion of S. M. Barclay, Esquire; the court grants and rules on the heirs and legal representatives of Charles Malone, James Malone, Elizabeth Malone intermarried with Peter Boyle now residing at Cincinnati, Ohio, Mary Malone at the same place, Charles and James Malone, children of Pat Malone: Caroline, Isabella, Thomas and Alexander Dobbins. children of Jane Malone intermarried with Arthur Dobbins, the two first (Caroline and Isabella) of which children reside in Cincinnati, Ohio and the two last (Thomas and Alexander) of whom are minors and reside in Blair County aforesaid, to appear at an Orphan's Court to be held at Hollidaysburg in Blair County on the 3rd Monday (and 20th day) of September next, then there to accept or refuse the real estate of said Charles Malone. To wit: a tract of land in the Township of Greenfield, Blair County containing about 206 acres adjoining lands of George Weaver, James CONRAD and others at the valuation. In test whereof I have here unto set my hand and affix the seal of the said Court at Hollidaysburg this 6th day of July A.D. 1847. Joseph Smith, Clerk
