PROMINENT COUPLE IS CELEBRATING WEDDING
        
  Mr. and Mrs. David W. Shay of 205 East Penn Avenue are celebrating their 
thirty-third wedding anniversary today.  Mr. Shay, better known as "Dutch," 
is employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company and is recognized as the 
horseshoe pitching champion of his district.
  Mrs. Nancy Shay is will known to radio fans, being prominent in the 
organization of the Uncle Walt Club over local broadcasting station and 
subsequent kiddies' clubs.  She is active in the Irving Parent-Teacher 
Association.
  A family dinner will be served this evening at the Shay home in honor of 
the event.
