M. Bare paper mill at noon Wednesday of last week. Mr. Albright had been suffering from heart trouble during the past year. This ailment together with the intense heat in the boiler room are supposed to have been the cause of his death. Mr. Albright did not come home for his dinner which was so unusual that his wife went to the paper mill to find what detained him. The workmen hunted him everywhere, even looked in the huge vats of paper pulp. His body was finally discovered on top of the largest boiler, which he was probably repairing when death claimed him. David Albright was born in Roaring Spring, July 20, 1863, and was a son of Levi and Elizabeth Albright. He was married September 20, 1885, to Rheuanna Burns, of Loysburg. They established their new home in Roaring Spring, where they have since resided. To this union six children were born. Mr. Albright was a member of the Albright Church of the Brethren for twenty years, and always faithful in his attendance. He was also a member of the Adult Bible class of that church. Mr. Albright has been a trusted employe of the D. M. Bare paper mill since early manhood. Until ill health compelled his resigning the position he was chief fireman for the paper company, after which time he was made boiler repairman. He was a charter member of the Paper Mill Relief association. The deceased is survived by his wife, two daughters and four sons, viz: Mrs. Bessie Moore, Mrs. Oda Hudson, Burgess J. Wilson Albright, Robert and Silas, all of Roaring Spring, and Ralph, of Hollidaysburg. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and the following brothers and sister: Albert, Charles and Sarah McIlnay, all of Roaring Spring. Funeral services were held in the Methodist Episcopal church of Roaring Spring at 9.30 Saturday morning. Rev. Long, pastor of the Brethren church of Altoona, conducted the service, assisted by Rev. A. G. Crosswhite and Rev. E. L. Eslinger. Interment in Albright cemetery.
